Bill Totals

This page is filtered by default to show total monthly bill amounts (cost and usage) for an entire organization.

The smart table displays the following:

• Site name: The site the utility bill is for

• Site type: The type of site (education, super, facility, and so on) where the billed utility is

• Facility area: Square footage for the entire facility where the billed utility is

• Sales floor area: Square footage for the floor where the billed utility is

• Bill type: The energy type the bill is for (electric, natural gas, sewer, and so on)

• Period start: The first day of the billing period for the bill

• Cost: The total cost of the bill

• HQ conversion: The conversion rate used for currency changes on the bill

• Usage: The total usage of the utility for the bill

• Cost/facility sq ft: The cost per square foot for the facility

• Usage/facility sq ft: The usage per square foot for the facility

• Cost/sales floor sq ft: The cost per square foot for the sales floor

• Usage/sales floor sq ft: The usage per square foot for the sales floor

• By period total: A list of total costs for each billing period over the past 12 months
